Nidecker is seeking a dynamic and motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply team and work in collaboration with the Purchasing and Sales Teams. You will organize and follow-up of inbound and outbound deliveries from the international factories and the European warehouse to our customers worldwide. Your focus on data and efficiency will also be used as a part of our continuing growth and constant research of improvements of our ERP and processes.
Tasks
* Oversee direct deliveries from factories to customers for all brands, managing everything from the creation of internal and export documents (packing lists, invoices, and basic customs paperwork) to serving as the primary point of contact for customers.
* Manage the entire supply process for samples across all brands, including demand collection, production tracking, and coordinating the delivery of goods to sales representatives.
* Gather, analyze, and consolidate data (purchase orders, sales orders, and delivery methods) for Snowboard brands, ensuring delivery requirements are communicated to suppliers and closely monitored to meet deadlines.
* Track weekly performance and operational efficiency through data analysis and reporting.
* Ensure regular updates and accuracy checks for master data related to logistics activities.
* Contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal and IT processes.
* Provide backup support for team members during absences, handling a variety of supply tasks such as inventory management and organizing inbound/outbound shipments.
Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience in a logistics role, ideally within the consumer goods sector
* Strong data analysis skills, particularly with Excel, and experience with reporting tools (knowledge of BI software is a plus)
* Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP systems (experience with Netsuite is an advantage)
* Fluent in both French and English
* Solid understanding of import-export procedures and related documentation (Customs processes, HS codes, Incoterms, etc.)
* Detail-oriented and reliable, comfortable handling administrative tasks
* Excellent multitasking abilities with strong time management skills to prioritize effectively
* Independent yet collaborative, with a strong team-oriented mindset
* Willingness to adapt to flexible working hours during peak seasons
