The role
As we build new planning capabilities through 2025, we are looking for an End-to-End (E2) Senior Product Planning Manager in Denmark or Switzerland. You are responsible for creating an optimized E2E network supply plan for 0 – 36-month horizon. You will represent the global supply chain in E2E decision making for the assigned product portfolio. And you will pro-actively manage risks and opportunities associated with demand variation, capacity constraints, and material constraints.

Key Responsibilities
* Demand & Supply Balancing: Own demand-supply balancing across IBP & S&OE horizons for the assigned portfolio
* Consensus Demand Planning: Align global demand plans with regional planners and commercial teams
* Supply Planning & Risk Mitigation: Ensure stable, accurate net requirements and consolidate FP, DS, and DP supply plans.
* Develop scenario models to support decisions and mitigate risks
* End-to-End Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, aligning with Sites, CMO, Finance, and Supply Chain on targets, batch sizes, and MOQs
* Exception-Based Planning: Prevent stock-outs through proactive inventory adjustments
* Planning & Lifecycle Events: Maintain planning parameters (e.g., lead times) and define bridging stock for lifecycle events
* Product Flow & Clinical Plans: Oversee product flow across sites and integrate clinical plans into master supply plans
Skills & Competencies
* A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
* Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM, Lean) is preferred but not required
* At least 7 years of experience in supply and production planning
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from both quantitative and qualitative data
* Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present analysis clearly
* Adaptable communication style to effectively engage stakeholders at various organizational levels
* Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL
