This includes all administrative issues from joining to leaving, the smooth processing of monthly payroll accounting with the SAP HCM system and all related follow-up activities. These mainly include, but are of course not limited to, contact with the responsible social security and tax authorities. Another focal point is the personal, telephone and e-mail counselling of employees. The preparation of analyses and statistics as well as smaller project tasks round off your varied area of responsibility.
