Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate installation activities for the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) Machine, specifically focusing on the High-Luminosity Large Hadron Collider (HL-LHC).
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including Beams, Physics, General Services, and Technology Departments, as well as various groups within the Engineering Department.
Main Tasks:
* Coordinate all installation and maintenance activities for various accelerators.
* Support the HL-LHC project from equipment production to installation.
* Manage and monitor schedules, ensuring resource availability.
* Prepare documentation and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
* Handle operational disruptions and ensure safety compliance.
Your Profile:
* Project management and coordination skills;
* Organization, scheduling, and control processes knowledge;
* Working with project planning tools experience;
* Spoken and written English, with a commitment to learn French.
Contract Details:
* 24 months contract duration, with possible extension up to 36 months maximum.
* 40 hours per week working schedule.
* This position involves work in Radiation Areas, underground installations, and requires a valid driving licence.
