Senior Business Development/Sales Professional
We are seeking a seasoned senior business development/sales professional with a strong technical background to cover the DACH region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in semiconductor sales, account management, and new business development.
Your Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Execute field sales and marketing activities for all of EM's products and customers in the DACH Region.
* Drive sales revenue and design wins through effective sales strategies and channel management.
* Develop and implement sales plans to achieve growth & revenue targets aligned with company objectives.
* Identify, develop, and nurture new customers, market segments, and opportunities.
* Qualify and manage sales channels, representatives, and distributors to ensure maximum coverage.
* Promote complete solutions focusing on EM chips by collaborating with ecosystem partners.
* Analyze the competitive landscape and work with BUs to adjust EM positioning, strategy, and future product development.
* Provide comprehensive support to customers from design phase through mass production.
* Foster key customer relationships at all levels, including Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, and Management.
* Drive C-level interactions between EM and customers/ecosystem partners.
* Lead commercial negotiations and execute development contracts with internal and external stakeholders (R&D, legal, quality, and logistics).
* Travel as needed for customer engagement and business development.
