Sales & Support (Sales/Marketing - limited contract for 8 months)
Job Specification
Prospecting & Clients
Planning and preparation of client meetings
Planning and preparation of prospecting activities
Help with client requests
Support and contribute to the RFP process with the client service team
Direct coverage of Tier 2/3 prospects & clients, depending on experience
Marketing Support
Administration
CRM data maintenance and clean-ups
Support with internal projects and meetings
Required Profile
5+ years of experience as Sales Support Specialist, Client Service Executive or a similar role in the asset management industry
Sales and client relationship experience is a significant plus
Education in finance, banking and/or economics
Team player with excellent communication skills
Work with drive and a proactive approach
Ability to cope with pressure and adapt to new situations quickly
Focus on client satisfaction by taking responsibility, being solution-oriented and highly reliable
Confident approach in dealing with external parties in Switzerland and abroad
Excellent organizational and time management skills (ability to handle multiple tasks and handle several issues) and ability to work independently
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Fluent in German and English (French is an asset)
