Job Description
The Major Account Manager plays a critical role in driving sales engagements with our large NGO customers. You will partner with these customers to identify business challenges and create solutions using Palo Alto Networks' portfolio of security products.
Your Impact
* Drive complex sales cycles and work with internal teams to serve the customer.
* Use consultative selling techniques to identify business challenges and create solutions for prospects and customers.
* Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to position Palo Alto Networks' solutions effectively.
* Create clear goals and accurate forecasting through developing a territory plan.
* Leverage prospect stories to create a compelling value proposition.
* Stay updated on industry news and trends and their impact on Palo Alto Networks' products and services.
* Travel as necessary within your territory and to company-wide meetings.
Qualifications
Your Experience
* Experience in SaaS-based architectures, ideally in networking and/or security - SASE technology is preferred.
* Experience working with large NGO customers in Switzerland.
* Demonstrated experience selling complex solutions, value selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
* Technical aptitude to understand how technology products solve business problems.
* Ability to identify problems, review data, and provide scalable solutions.
* Cultivate relationships with channel partners to bring a channel-centric go-to-market approach.
* Excellent time management skills and high levels of autonomy and self-direction.
* Proficiency in French and English language skills.
