Responsibilities
* Own the Hunt: Relentlessly pursue leads, crush Strategy Sessions with PNCs (Potential New Clients), and hungrily follow up to ensure a high sign-up rate.
* Master the Pitch: Deliver bold, convincing consultations that showcase the client-first, empowering approach the firm provides and why we’re the best shot at freedom.
* Seal the Deal: Drive every interaction with laser focus, turning PNCs into signed clients who know they’re backed by the toughest team in the game.
* Stay Ahead: Analyze trends and keep your finger on the pulse of what drives legal service sales in a fast-paced world (we want to hear your feedback on how we can continue to win).
* Champion Relationships: Build trust and loyalty by giving clients a first-class experience that will have them driving you to more referral opportunities.
* Demand Clarity: We help folks during times of uncertainty, fear, and stress. We do so by helping them get clarity around what challenges they face and what they’d like to do to overcome them.
* Keep Your Cabin Clean: You will “own” a sizable portion of the CRM. Keep it clean and accurate so the firm can have real-time data to keep us growing and bringing you new leads.
