In this role, you are responsible to develop the Kiddylicous brand worldwide in line with the Natural Foods Growth Model. You act as the brand owner at global level and you initiate and develop assets for building the brand memory structure.
1. Based in Baar, Switzerland, you build strong working relationships with the brand’s home base in the UK, focusing on getting an in-depth understanding of the origin and DNA of the brand.
2. As innovation is key in the growth of Kiddylicious, you lead the Kiddylicious innovation team and you are responsible to develop the innovation strategy for your brand.
3. And since a perfect strategy won’t go anywhere without perfect implementation, you’ll take the lead in facilitating a single minded view on the Kiddylicious brand across the entire organization. You make sure that all communication tools (with focus on in-store and digital media) are available for your colleagues in the countries to fuel the growth of Kiddylicious.
4. You champion growth in line with the Kiddylicious Growth Model focusing on distribution & visibility, range, innovation, price and promo, e-comm and media.
5. Setting up regular sessions with the different focus-markets and working close with the local teams, you stimulate a passion for the brands, resulting in strong launch plans for new markets and succesful activation strategies in exisiting markets. As mentioned, your role also includes the creation of the tools and toolboxes for this objective.
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:
6. A relevant academic background in the form a Master’s degree in a business-focused field. Any additions in marketing are considered a plus.
7. You have a personal affinity with healthy snacking, allowing you to bring passion and commitment for the products to the table. This passion is strengthened by your skills in bringing ideas to life and ability to build trust and confidence within your stakeholders.
8. You combine a hands-on attitude with a curiousity to learn with the talent to think strategically and driving results on both short and long-term.
9. You feel at ease in a multicultural and quickly changing environment, where you are able to collaborate and communicate on all levels. Fluency in English is a must.
