Your role

We're looking for someone like that to:
• advise and support to business divisions and Group Functions regarding their electronic archiving needs in accordance with legal and regulatory and internal requirements
• support group-wide projects as records management subject matter expert
• conduct requirement and gap analysis to identify risks of nonpliance to policy and related records management risk controls and related reporting
• provide Records Management subject matter expertise to assess impact of changing requirements to our processes and archives
Your team
You'll be working as an analyst in our records management team, in an international environment with a global scope, supporting and providing additional capacity to the current Archiving and Records Management Crew based in Zürich.
Our Records Management Crew is part of the Chief Data and Information Office (CDIO) function supporting the oversight and implementation of the records management policy. As a records management analyst you'll be helping our stakeholders review their archiving requirements and support the implementation andernance of records managementpliance across the bank.
Your expertise
• a university degree or business degree
• experience in a similar role of informationernance (records management, document management, information management)
• experience in the international banking environment and knowledge about banking processes and products
• a solid Records Management/(Electronic) Archiving knowledge/understanding and/or the respective training
• experience in business analysis, project management and affinity to information technology
• additional technical background would be preferred
• knowledge of UNIX, Oracle and SQL/PL SQL technologies or advanced Excel skills would be beneficial.
• a self-starter who can work well with minimal supervision (you can micromanage yourself)
• Technically minded with strong conceptual and analytical problem solving skills
• team-orientated but also independently minded
• a greatmunicator, with the ability tomunicate appropriately at all levels in the organization and good at enabling effective interaction with key stakeholders
• organized and detail oriented
• able to prioritize multiple tasks within multiple concurrent activities
• client and result oriented
• very good written and spoken English, other languages are a plus
