Job Title: E-commerce Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to join our team.
This is a remote position, with a regular work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm PST.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Listings: Create high-quality product listings on various e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and others.
2. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends in the industry and stay ahead of competitors.
3. Website Analytics: Analyze website data to determine popular products, customer behavior, and preferences.
4. Supplier Management: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products.
5. Inventory Management: Effectively manage stock levels by processing returns, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
6. Customer Communication: Communicate order status, delivery dates, and tracking numbers with customers in a timely and professional manner.
7. Marketing Campaigns: Track analytics and optimize marketing campaigns through Google Analytics to improve performance.
8. Site Traffic and Feedback: Monitor site traffic and customer feedback to assess response to site updates.
9. Social Media: Manage social media platforms to engage with customers and promote products.
10. SEO Strategies: Implement and refine SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
11. Best Practices: Possess a deep understanding of best practices in SEO, pricing, media assets, and inventory management.
12. Landing Pages: Review and update landing pages, product information, payment options, and other relevant systems to ensure accuracy and visual appeal.
13. Promotions: Assist in planning promotions, such as discounted offers and bundles, to drive sales.
14. Customer Complaints: Handle customer complaints professionally, providing solutions and alternatives within set time limits.
15. Negative Feedback: Resolve and remove negative feedback promptly.
16. Daily Operations: Take responsibility for day-to-day management of defined accounts, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
17. Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
18. Productivity Reports: Submit daily productivity reports to Manager and Stakeholders at the end of each day.
Requirements and Skills:
1. Customer Support Experience: Proven experience in customer support or client service roles.
2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Multitasking: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
5. SEO Expertise: Proven track record or understanding of implementing SEO on selling platforms.
