Your Role
* A basic technical education and at least 3 years of practical experience in a F1 Team/Supplier environment.
* Tact, diplomacy, and a strong work ethic, including the ability to think critically and independently.
* Excellent communication skills and flexibility in working hours, including two-shift work and standby duty.
* Industriousness, resilience, and a team-oriented approach are essential.
* Proficiency in German or English is required, with a willingness to learn the corresponding other language.

Your Responsibilities
* Productively contribute to the manufacture of fibre composite parts for our F1 vehicles.
* Work according to design plans and quality specifications.
