Your Mission
* You will serve as a vital component of our legal department, focusing on IT law, data protection law, and contract law in the international realm (EMEA, US).
* You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IT contracts with customers and partners, while providing support for data protection and public procurement procedures.
* You will join an international team known for its agility, dynamism, and motivation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of IT law, contract law, and data protection law.
2. Negotiate and draft IT contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
3. Provide expert guidance on data protection and public procurement procedures.
Your Profile
* A minimum of a Master of Laws (LL.M.) or second state examination, with professional experience as a corporate counsel or in-house lawyer.
* Specialized knowledge of IT law, contract law, data protection law, and/or European legal systems or UK/US law.
* Proven track record of handling diverse responsibilities as a corporate counsel, preferably in commercial or IT law.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MS Office and ability to adapt to new software.
* Bilingual in English and ideally one additional language (German, Spanish, French).
