Your Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement marketing operational strategies and plans that align with overall business objectives. Support strategic planning and forecasting efforts within the marketing team.
2. Processes: Implement scalable processes and systems for the marketing department to enhance workflow and productivity. Serve as the go-to resource for marketing technology, tools, and processes within the organization (Including discovery and utilization of AI tools for marketing).
3. RevOps Collaboration: Act as a primary liaison with the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with revenue goals.
4. Project Management: Plan and manage marketing project timelines, resources, and deliverables. Monitor project progress continuously. Organize Asana to optimize cross-team collaboration and team best practices/working agreements/SLAs.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies and to support decision-making. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
6. Budget Management: Assist in budgeting process, spend tracking, and performance reporting to ensure marketing investments are aligned with objectives.
7. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, to drive marketing initiatives.
8. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve marketing processes and technologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
What we are looking for
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing operations and project management.
3. Proven experience in liaising with RevOps teams and aligning marketing strategies with revenue goals.
4. Excellent project management, consultative and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong business acumen and credibility, ability to influence at all levels in the organization.
6. Proficient in marketing technology and CRM systems such as Hubspot, SalesForce, Asana.
7. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
9. Clear communicator with a professional presence and excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, with the ability to convey technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.
