Responsibilities Independently manage and oversee your assigned customer accounts, with the goal of building long-term and successful partnerships. Lead cross-functional projects at the group level and drive customer-specific product developments. Support contract negotiations and proposal preparation, including pricing strategies and financial evaluations. Oversee the market launch of new products and services in close collaboration with internal stakeholders. Identify and leverage cross- and upselling opportunities to unlock new business potential. Provide direct support to the Head of Sales in strategic and operational projects to further develop and optimize sales processes. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Project/Product Management, or a similar field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen financial acumen. Hands-on mentality: You take on both strategic and operational tasks to achieve set goals. High level of initiative, social competence, and flexibility. Team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
