Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage complex SuccessFactors implementation projects, focusing on Employee Central.
2. Provide expert consulting services, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors with other HR systems.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Employee Central.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in SuccessFactors and HR technology.
Required Skills and Experience:
1. 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central.
2. Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
3. Excellent configuration and customization skills in SuccessFactors.
4. Proven ability to lead and manage projects effectively.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Fluency in German (C1+ level).
