Our client is an internationally recognized organization with a global footprint. We are looking for an experienced PM/PMO to support them on a global compliance initiative.
Job Description
Lead the overall project management for a global regulatory compliance initiative, ensuring alignment with business objectives and evolving regulations.
Develop and maintain the project roadmap, timeline, and budget, tracking progress and adjusting plans as needed.
Coordinate and provide guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring timely execution of tasks across workstreams.
Act as the primary point of contact for regional and local teams, offering support in the implementation of compliance-related initiatives.
Identify potential risks and synergies, facilitating proactive solutions and process improvements.
Provide regular updates and reports to leadership, including governance and steering committees.
Organize key stakeholder meetings and maintain structured communication across all relevant teams.
The Successful Applicant
10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a global business environment.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
Experience in a producing and/or regulated environment would be a clear plus.
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and motivate diverse teams.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Experience with compliance management systems and understanding of regulatory frameworks is a plus.
General technical proficiency to work effectively across different business functions.
