Key Responsibilities:
The Store Manager reports directly to the District Manager and is responsible for the overall management of their site. This includes supervising and coordinating restaurant staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the quality of service.
Operational in the field, they steer teams during service, intervene at various positions, and enforce procedures in force within the establishment.
Operational Management:
The Store Manager ensures the proper functioning of equipment, optimizes its use, and oversees supply and stock monitoring. They are responsible for applying quality indicators, implementing corrective actions, and complying with health and safety regulations and standards.
Team Management:
They oversee personnel management in compliance with labor legislation, supervise and control human resources, manage schedules, and conduct performance appraisal interviews.
The Store Manager organizes training actions, monitors and develops team skills, sets up disciplinary procedures, and establishes a quality social climate within teams.
Financial Management:
They manage the results of their establishment, analyze operating accounts, monitor sales and performance indicators, and enforce economic regulations. They report results to their line manager and present operating accounts and forecasts to their District Manager.
