About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Geneva.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the realisation of customer projects for our traction substation activity
* Organise and oversee all tasks related to the project, including team project follow-up
* Ensure material delivery in accordance with the customer contract (quality, cost, delay, and performance)
* Maintain constant communication with clients throughout the project
Requirements
* At least 3 years of successful experience as a project manager in the electrical field (power distribution, renewable energy, electrical equipment, electrical machines, railways, traction power, etc.)
* Railway or traction power experience is highly valued
* Fluency in English is mandatory; Portuguese and French are a strong asset
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering in the Electrical field
* Knowledge of contract management and understanding of legal terms
* Excellent communication and commercial skills
* Ability to lead and work collaboratively within a team
* Capacity to adapt to client schedules
