Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced sales professional to join our team in the International Sales of chemical raw materials for the Personal Care market.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing intensive application-related consulting and support to existing and new customers in the DACH region, France, Benelux, and Scandinavia.
You will cultivate and develop long-term customer relations, acquire new customers, and introduce new products and technical solutions in allocated focal areas.
To ensure sustainable, profitable growth in corresponding markets, you will actively collaborate in the development and implementation of operational measures and projects with internal departments.
Your tasks will include:
* Market and competitor observation and analysis
* Developing short- and mid-term business development plans
* Drawing up bids and pricing according to internal specifications
* Reporting and correspondence as per internal guidelines
* Attending seminars, conventions, and trade fairs, including booth supervision
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A Chemical education (FH/Uni)
* Extensive sales experience of surfactants in the Personal Care industry
* Knowledge in applications and formulation is preferred
* The ability to establish a Business Case and develop different pricing models
* Fluent language skills in German, English, and French
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a confident demeanor
* The ability to organize yourself well and work effectively as part of a team to achieve optimal results for our customers
