What You Will Be Doing
* Ensure first-level support for users via phone, email, and on-site for software and hardware issues.
* Install and set up hardware for end-users.
* Document and track all support requests in the ticketing system.
* Maintain and update user documentation and the knowledge base.
* Provide support for internal training courses and events.
* Collaborate on internal IT projects as needed.
What You Bring To The Job
* Multiple years of experience in a technical support role in IT.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Client OS, M365 E5, and iOS/MacOS.
* User-oriented and service-minded approach.
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Travel Requirements: 2x week, working in different AO offices (Zizers, Zurich, and Davos).
* English: C1 – Advanced.
Nice-to-Haves
* Diploma in IT.
* Experience with Atlassian Tools.
* German: B2 – Upper Intermediate.
