Job Description
* Coordinate calendars in multiple time-zones
* Schedule internal and external meetings
* Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
* Assist in the coordination of strategic projects
* Provide general administrative support as needed
The Successful Applicant
* Fresh graduate from higher education
* First experiences in startup environment, preferably in Fintech, is a clear plus
* Eager to learn
* IT savvy
* Fluent in English
* Strong team player
