For an international organization, we are seeking an Outreach Assistant
Responsibilities
* Prepare and review translations for campaign materials related to a major event (using the KIC platform and Trello).
* Assist in managing communications for the event's Working Group on Microsoft Teams.
* Oversee both the front-end and back-end of the Event Calendar (Liferay).
* Manage the event's email account (Outlook).
* Support the distribution of the video campaign, ensuring the final video is available in eight languages for the event's webpages and SEA promotions.
* Help coordinate a video competition on an external platform, including updating information in eight languages, managing participants' emails, and assisting with the judging process (AwardForce).
* Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to plan and draft the event's newsletter campaign.
* Contribute to the creation of the event report (using Excel and the Matomo dashboard).
* Perform other ad-hoc tasks related to the event as required.
Profile
* Advanced written and spoken English with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
* Prior experience with the tools listed above is a strong advantage.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a small team and meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent organizational skills, demonstrated through previous roles.
