At Orange Business, we're searching for a passionate and dynamic Salesforce CRM Analytics Consultant to strengthen our Customer Experience team. As a CRM Analytics consultant, you will operate for global companies on various types of mandates including consulting, project implementation, and staff delegation, with missions varying from a few weeks, several months, or long-term assignments embedded within our client's teams.
Your key areas of responsibility as CRM Analytics Consultant
For your first assignment, you will integrate into the analytics team of one of our global clients. You will play a crucial role in taking ownership of their Salesforce CRM Analytics dashboards, ensuring these tools effectively support operational teams in managing relationships and engagements. Your mission will be to maintain, enhance, and strategically align these dashboards, improving the clarity, usability, and timeliness of insights delivered to global operational stakeholders.
In this role, your responsibilities include:
Dashboard Maintenance and Optimization : Ensure stability and accuracy of existing 12 CRM Analytics dashboards, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and enhance user experience by simplifying data visualizations.
New Dashboard Development : Engage proactively with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into new, actionable dashboards. Manage end-to-end dashboard creation, from requirements gathering through development and deployment.
Strategic Advisory and Migration Support : Assess existing dashboards and analytics processes critically, recommending when analytics needs should be addressed within Salesforce CRM Analytics versus alternative BI platforms such as Tableau. Lead or assist in potential migrations of dashboards where strategic alignment dictates.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Act as the liaison between technical teams and business users, ensuring effective communication, clear documentation, and alignment of analytics initiatives with strategic business goals.
Knowledge Transfer and Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation on dashboards and analytics solutions, conduct knowledge transfer sessions, and provide user training when needed.
As an ideal candidate you have
CRM Analytics Experience (5+ Years) : Proven hands-on expertise with Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM), ideally in global contexts, including the maintenance, optimization, and development of dashboards.
Technical Acumen : Proficiency with Salesforce CRM Analytics tools (dataflows, lenses, recipes, bindings) is essential. Experience with Tableau or other BI platforms is highly desirable.
Strategic Mindset : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach, allowing you to proactively challenge existing practices and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
International Exposure : Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French or additional languages is advantageous, reflecting our global operational environment.
Outstanding Communication Skills : Demonstrable ability to translate complex analytics processes into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders at various organizational levels.
Attention to Detail and Rigor : Meticulous in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data visualizations and reports, which is critical for strategic decision-making.
Proactive and User-Centric : A natural aptitude for anticipating user needs, optimizing analytics tools, and continuously improving user experience, driven by a solution-oriented mindset.
