Are you an experienced sales manager with a hands-on approach who is passionate about fieldwork, enjoys traveling frequently and is ready to take the next step in your career?
As aTerritory Manager at L'OCCITANE, you will manage independent customers, chain stores, and department stores within the Romandie region. Your role involves driving client performance and ensuring budget targets are met for both sell-in and sell-out objectives.
Your responsibilities
* Target Achievement: Maximizing sales of L’OCCITANE with existing customers with a focus on sell-through and responsibility for achieving and surpassing targets and adhering to budgets at the customer level.
* Customer Planning: Preparation and coordination of sales plans (sell-in/sell-out) including budgets.
* Training & Support: Training Retailers' Beauty Advisors and hosting events and animations for retailers.
* Trade Activations: Developing and executing customer-specific promotions with (Trade) Marketing.
* Stock Management: Ensuring the retailer has the right stock.
* Merchandising: Implementing guidelines and improving in-store brand visibility.
* Competitor Analysis: Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on competitors.
Your profile
* Completed commercial vocational training or several years of comparable professional experience.
* Extensive experience in field retail, ideally with upmarket skin care products or a similar area in the cosmetics industry.
* Strong passion for retail and customer service.
* strong willingness to travel
* Excellent negotiating and communication skills.
* Strategic and analytical approach to work.
* Expertise in current market and industry trends within the sales structure.
* Entrepreneurial mindset: constantly seeking opportunities and solutions while assessing risks.
* Business fluent in French and English. German language skills desirable
* Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
