About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Helicopter Maintenance Type Training Instructor to join our aviation training services team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aviation maintenance education and the ability to deliver high-quality training programs to technical professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver theoretical and practical helicopter maintenance type training courses.
2. Develop and update training materials and course content to meet industry standards.
3. Evaluate and assess trainees' performance through examinations and practical assessments.
4. Provide support and mentorship to students during training programs.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and training standards.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in aircraft maintenance or aviation engineering.
2. Previous experience as a technical instructor or trainer is highly desirable.
3. Good knowledge of EASA Part-66 and Part-147 regulations.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
7. Willingness to travel occasionally for training sessions and assessments.
