* Set sales targets and create development plans
* Actively support the General Agent in market research and planning
* Conduct and ensure comprehensive pension and financial consultations
* Maintain and expand your own customer portfolio
Your Strengths
* Degree in insurance or finance (dipl. Finanzberater IAF or Finanzplaner eidg. FA) is an asset
* Leadership skills and high motivation to lead Vorsorgeberatende to success, while also setting a good example in sales
* Enthusiastic and persuasive personality with strong sales and social skills
* High performance drive with a goal-oriented and well-organized working style
* Excellent communication skills paired with negotiation skills and high customer orientation
