As a Hardware Architect, you will join a highly skilled team working on complex next-generation embedded platforms ranging from medical IoT devices to high-performance computing solutions. You will solve complex technical challenges, participate in full-cycle development, and collaborate with experts in hardware, firmware, and cloud integration.
Based in Best, The Netherlands (offering hybrid work options), the office serves as a hub for breakthrough embedded technologies supported by Premier Adaptive Computing's partnership with AMD (Xilinx). This opportunity is ideal for professionals looking to push the boundaries of embedded systems and shape the future of high-tech innovation.
Your tasks:
Lead complex hardware development projects from concept to implementation
Serve as technical liaison between teams, customers and stakeholders
Translate system requirements into hardware architecture specifications
Design and implement solutions across industries (medical IoT to high-speed computing)
Develop complete hardware systems
Utilize industry-standard tools (Mentor Graphics Xpedition, Altium Designer, HyperLynx)
Implement cutting-edge FPGA solutions through AMD (Xilinx) partnership
Requirements
8+ years of professional experience, preferably in Europe
Successful experience in high-end hardware development projects (high-speed, low-power projects combining FPGAs with ARM microprocessors, PCIe GEN5, 100G+ Ethernet, DDR4/5 memory, JESD204 ADCs, and radio modules such as WiFi and Bluetooth)
Knowledge of tools: Mentor Graphics Xpedition, Altium Designer, HyperLynx
Orientation in the full development cycle: from discussing requirements with the customer, translating system requirements into hardware architecture, schematic design, PCB design and routing to testing and integration
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
English B2+
Will be a plus:
