Qim info is an IT engineering and digital services company founded in 2004 and based in Switzerland (Geneva, Lausanne, Zurich & Basel) and France (Annecy, Lyon & Paris).

Your mission
One of main objective is to make infrastructure activities delivery much smoother with the right cadence in adherence with the SCRUM framework by having a strong partnership with Product Owners.
You will assist in eliminating obstacles that impede progress, foster communication, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement. Through coaching and servant leadership, you will empower teams to self-organize, maintain sustainable workloads, and deliver quality outputs.
Description of activities:
Setting up, planning, and animating the Scrum meetings and activities (sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, retrospective, …).
Encouraging the team in its efforts to improve its work along the Scrum ceremonies.
Coaching the overall team (business, T&I, Provider) to be autonomous.
Ensuring Scrum is understood, and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
Supporting the Product Owner (PO) in the writing of the user stories, also called Epics, Features, Bugs, and PBIs in MS Azure DevOps.
Assisting the PO in ensuring that the Product Backlog is detailed enough to avoid misunderstandings for the delivery team including Acceptance Criteria, so that testers can test along those criteria before delivering to the business team for its testing.
Putting in place & maintaining the relevant KPIs.
Reporting working issues, constraints, or delays immediately to the T&I Product Manager.
Removing blockers for the team.
Your profile
Minimum of 5 years in agile methodologies.
Minimum of 5 years in managing IT infrastructure projects (systems, containerization, security…).
Experience in facilitating interactive workshops and interviews with multidisciplinary teams is a must.
Scrum certifications (at least one of: Scrum Master, Product Owner).
Experience using Microsoft TFS/Azure DevOps.
Proficient English speaker; fluency in French is an asset.
Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams, local and remote.
Demonstrated commitment to professional development, continuous learning, and adopting new technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills, capable of addressing complex operational issues.
Job conditions
Location: Geneva
Contract: Permanent
Teleworking: 2 days a week on average
Start date: As soon as possible
