Job main responsibilities Operational:
• Organize and conduct plant process audits (safety, quality, performance & efficiency).
• Provide process expertise support to address plants' operational requests (settings, issues, optimization, etc.).
Engineering:
• Define and size optimal process solutions for new project investments.
• Follow up on the process aspects of projects during the implementation phase.
• Oversee commissioning processes from start to performance achievement, including operational training of employees.
Innovation, Development, R&D:
• Develop innovative dry process solutions with a focus on performance, efficiency, sustainability, and CO2 footprint reduction.
• Plan and coordinate pilot trials with pilot plants.
• Create and develop tools for process definition/sizing, drive digitalization initiatives, and support machine design.
• Evaluate process solutions available in the market.
Qualifications Degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of work experience in Engineering, ideally in the mineral industry.
Experience in dry grinding processes (development, optimization, and implementation).
Strong analytical skills.
Fluency in English; any additional language is a benefit.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.
