About the job
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Be responsible for the execution of financial planning processes, including mid-term planning, budgeting, and target setting, as well as monthly and quarterly reporting. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial results across all deliverables.
2. Manage and enhance financial planning models to support mid-term planning, budgeting, and target setting.
3. Serve as an advisor and sparring partner to local and central teams on financial planning and reporting topics.
4. Act as an internal consultant and advisor within Business Finance and beyond, providing in-depth knowledge on financial planning and reporting as needed.
5. Design and standardize financial planning and reporting processes and systems.
6. Develop and standardize financial governance instruments and processes, such as financial steering concepts, dimensions, attributes, and KPIs.
7. Conduct ad hoc analyses at the request of top management to support fact-based decision-making. Extract data from financial management systems and deliver well-formatted reports with insightful comments.
8. Plan, execute, and/or lead selected special projects that require cross-functional engagement and collaboration with external stakeholders. Plan, schedule, and control project activities to meet objectives and satisfy project requirements.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
1. Master degree, ideally in Business, Finance or Economics
2. 5-7 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
5. Fluency in German would be an asset
6. Knowledge of SAP BW, Tableau, Anaplan and Tagetik -or similar tools- would be an asset
7. Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
8. Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
