As a Customer Care Specialist in Sea & Air Logistics, you will be at the heart of our operations, closely interacting with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless shipment handling. Join us in providing outstanding service and building long-lasting relationships with our clients.
Your Role
In this role you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, both for existing business and new customer requests. You will manage export, import and crosstrade shipments, ensuring we maintain the top-tier quality our network is known for. Your Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers and partners in sea and air logistics
* Independently manage customer inquiries and oversee the entire shipment process, keeping customers informed at every step
* Prepare quotations and handle customer requests promptly
* Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery
* Collaborate closely with operational teams, sales and customers
* Proactively offer customer service solutions and maintain long-term, collaborative relationships with clients
Your Skills and Experiences
* Completed freight forwarding apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
* Solid experience in freight forwarding, especially in sea logistics; knowledge of air logistics is a plus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems
* Strong customer service skills with a communicative and friendly demeanor
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
* Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken; German is an asset
