Job Description
We are seeking a Medical Operations Manager to implement, execute and direct/manage key medical projects for our medicines commercialized in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Director, European Medical Affairs in creating medical and promotional materials and lead engagement with the European Medical Review Committee.
* Manage conference logistics and contracts, including coordination with local Medical Science Liaison and Med Reps.
* Plan and implement medical activities such as round tables, local events and advisory boards across Europe.
* Supervise agencies engaged in medical activities to ensure seamless delivery and respect of timelines.
* Support the Director, European Medical Affairs for the European Experts Steering Committee, managing operations and logistics.
Requirements
Education and Experience
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in biosciences or medicine is required. Fluency in English is essential, with good knowledge of other European languages an added value.
* Minimum 5-8 years' experience in small-mid size organizations or start-ups in biotech or pharmaceuticals, with at least 3 years contributing to building organizations.
Skills and Abilities
* Excellent project management skills with ability to follow up on timelines.
* Working knowledge of medical affairs compliance, laws and regulations affecting the pharmaceutical industry.
* Able to communicate effectively in written format and verbally, with good knowledge of related disciplines.
