- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Support budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Perform cost center and profit center controlling, with focus on production and supply chain
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to support operational and strategic decisions
- Drive process improvements in reporting, controlling, and internal procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and Swiss OR / IFRS standards
- Participate in group reporting and consolidation processes
- Act as a sparring partner for management and contribute to ad hoc analysis and special projects

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration or similar
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory
- 3-6 years of experience in Controlling, ideally in an international industrial or manufacturing environment
- Solid knowledge of cost controlling, budgeting, and reporting
- Strong command of Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
