Your Role
In this role, you will have a challenging overview of technical and economic connections within a successful and dynamic pharmaceutical company.
Your Tasks
* Lead, plan, and implement CAPEX projects in the automation area for chemical-pharmaceutical production.
* Be responsible for project budgets and track costs throughout the process.
* Safeguard smooth coordination and communication between internal and external interest groups.
* Monitor the implementation of solutions for electricity and automation for our production facilities.
* Ensure that projects meet safety and quality standards as well as comply with regulatory requirements.
* Contribute to strategic orientation of EMSR and automation matters at the Zofingen location.
* Participate in creating HAZOP, URS, FS (Functional Specifications).
* Engage in continuous improvement processes in the Automation department at the Zofingen location.
Your Profile
* Tertiary education with higher further education HF/FH in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or System Technology.
* Knowledge in automation, especially with Siemens TIA Portal, knowledge in PCS7 is advantageous.
* Experience in qualifying equipment (GMP) and knowledge of ATEX norms.
* Multiple years of experience leading projects is a plus.
* Faultless and precise work ethic, with a strong sense of security and quality.
* Problem-solving competence and communication skills at all levels.
* High level of initiative, commitment, and willingness to learn.
* Confident demeanor, flexibility, and teamwork ability.
* Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking, English language skills are an advantage.
* Determination, performance-oriented, and self-motivation.
