We are looking for a Project Manager | Delivery Manager in charge of Payment projects.
The Team:
You will be part of the Payment team of 20 employees.
The team consists of a manager, 8 software engineers (Cobol & Java), 2 Tech leads, 2 Project Managers, and 7 Business Analysts.
You will also liaise with a part of the technical teams based in our Singapore and Portugal offices.
Your Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager | Delivery Manager, your key responsibilities include:
* Analysis, Development and Evaluation Activities:
o Direct handling or implementation of streams related to the project: process definition, process optimization, Target Operating Model, writing of specifications, report/minutes writing, migration data mapping, system configuration, testing and defects management, deployment, training, change management and user support.
* Organization, Management and Implementation Activities:
o Manage project plan
o Process modelling and implementation
o Tests and defect management
o Manage project risks and issues
o Manage technical teams
o Conduct the project through monitoring and relevant feedback on the progress, risks and challenges of the project with consideration of the needs for decisions or alerts.
* Communication, Contact, Moderation or Sales Activities:
o Change management and trainings
o Animation of committees/sessions in the framework of project governance
o Relations with Top Management of Client Banks to monitor their satisfaction on the project
o Reporting to Azqore Top management on the project
o Project management in collaboration with the strategic stakeholders of the Client Banks and continuous progress communication to governing instances (Steering Committees, Comex members, ...)
* Financial and Control Activities:
o Budget monitoring of the project
o Time-sheets follow-up
o Invoices control
Your Core Competencies:
* You have an Engineer diploma or similar experience.
* You have good communication skills and can adapt to different hierarchical levels.
* You are autonomous, tenacious and rigorous.
* You are recognized for your ability to synthesize and develop the most efficient path (process/data) to reach an objective.
* Deep knowledge in banking industry: relevant knowledge in Operations (back & middle office):
o Financial Messaging - Payments incl.
o ISO 20022 migration for payment flows (SEPA/SIC/SWIFT/Singapore MEPS/HK, …)
o PSD2 payments APIs
o Fraud detection for payments
o Payment cards management
* IT Background:
o Knowledge of one Core Banking System (S2i is a plus)
o IT infrastructure key concepts & architecture

About the Recruitment Process:
* As Talent Acquisition Partner, I will contact you for a first catch-up through video interview.
* If we both decide to move forward in the process, you will have a video interview with the technical expert.
* If the technical interview is successful, you will meet the manager on site.
* Final interview with our HRBP on site.
