Welcome to an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the digital heart of our new center! As an intern in our Digital team, you will lead the charge in documenting the comprehensive digital system landscape of this cutting-edge facility.
Project Overview:
Your primary task will be to unravel the intricacies of many digital systems implemented within the site. This includes identifying all systems, interfaces, and data exchanges, as well as mapping out the major use cases for each system. You will have the chance to engage with various stakeholders to understand the ownership and contacts associated with these systems and gain a holistic view of the roles and responsibilities intertwined with the digital infrastructure.
What You'll Accomplish:
1. Create a comprehensive inventory of digital systems, interfaces, and data exchanges within the site.
2. Document the major use cases for each system, shedding light on their functionalities and interactions.
3. Engage with stakeholders to map out ownership and contacts related to the digital systems.
4. Unravel the complexities of roles and responsibilities associated with the digital infrastructure.

Your profile:
1. Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Interest in digital systems, data management, and the biotech industry.
4. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
5. Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
6. Proficient in English; French is a plus.
