As a Commercial Controlling Coordinator (temporary contract for 1 year) at Givaudan, you will be part of the Controlling and Pricing team in Europe. You will review and process data management requests from the commercial community, and manage and validate rebate agreements.
The position could be located in Kemptthal or Milan.
In this exciting role you will be responsible for:
Data Management for commercial systems:
* Train and support colleagues in the commercial organization, ensuring smooth operations and efficient data issue resolution.
* Conduct monthly data quality checks and organize yearly data updates, resulting in accurate and up-to-date commercial data.
* Validate user access rights and investigate commercial data issues.
Handle and validate rebate agreements:
* Implement and support the rebate process within Europe.
* Organize annual rebate set-up and documentation based on requests from the sales community.
* Validate rebate accruals and, if needed, book adjustments.
* Control and approve rebate payout calculations and initiate payments.
Ad Hoc Analysis and Projects:
* Undertake special projects and ad hoc analysis to support strategic plans, integration of acquired companies, and other business activities.

Your professional profile includes:
* College/University degree.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in German, French, and Italian is a plus.
* Affinity for systems and analytical tools, with very good skills in Excel and SAP literacy.
* Process management skills.
* Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
* Team player who works well with colleagues and is reliable.
* Result-oriented, hands-on attitude, and communicative.
* Good self-awareness.
* Organizational skills and ownership attitude.
