As a Commercial / Wholesale / Sales Account Specialist, you’ll be responsible for designated wholesale accounts (boutiques, department stores, online stores) in the luxury fashion segment to ensure positive development of relationships, timely merchandise deliveries, successful performance, and proper representation of the collection and the brand.

Your main responsibilities as a Wholesale Back Office Assistant:
* Be in direct communication with members of the commercial team and international buyers and store owners regarding all commercial issues.
* Assist international buyers in building and placing orders, insert the orders in the system, and provide order confirmations.
* Stay in direct contact with buyers to inform them regarding the availability of ordered merchandise, share necessary financial documents, trace payments, and manage communication with the warehouse.
* Build relationships with international buyers to ensure collections are properly represented offline and online, request and analyze sell-throughs, and promptly offer reorders.
* Research and monitor the markets to discover new retailers and potential partners, and evaluate current stockists.
* Monitor incoming payments from designated stores, create shipping overviews, and account statements.
* Collaborate with the production team to work on recommended retail prices for new collections.
You:
* Have 2-5 years of experience in a similar position.
* Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Can manage your time and evaluate the urgency and time-sensitivities of different tasks.
* Have knowledge of professional software: Joor, Le New Black, Zedonk, and similar.
* Speak English (high proficiency - it's a must).
* Speak Italian and French (it's a plus).
* Have good mathematical skills.
* Can analyze information and use the results of the analysis to solve problems in a timely manner.
* Are willing to grow in the luxury fashion commercial department.
* Are open to taking on more responsibilities including collaborations, negotiations, partnerships, and more.
