Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Helpdesk professional to join our team at BCIC Swiss GmbH in Wallisellen, Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-level support via phone and email for various IT systems, including Windows 10, M365 products, and custom applications.
* Offer assistance with external employee portals and internal tools.
* Support the rollout of new technologies and ensure seamless integration.
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction across multiple languages.
* Create and update documentation, instructions, and checklists to enhance knowledge sharing.
* Act as a liaison between Onsite Support and corporate customers.
* Possess basic or further commercial training and experience working with common IT systems.
* Demonstrate resilience, reliability, and excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form.
* Fluency in German (B2 level) is mandatory, while proficiency in English is also required. Italian and French are desirable.
Requirements:
* A valid 40-hour weekly work permit in Switzerland.
* Strong computer knowledge and technical expertise.
