Tasks
1. Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by selling Benetics into mid market accounts and within an assigned geographical or vertical market.
2. Handle the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business, while expanding existing accounts.
3. Identify, target, and engage with construction contractors (e.g., electricians, carpenters, HVAC, painters, etc.) who can benefit from our software solution.
4. Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success to ensure successful implementation and long-term satisfaction of our customers.
Requirements
1. [required] Your A-Game: Strong pipeline generation skills, comfortable cold calling and drafting compelling outbound messaging in a fast-paced environment (deal cycles ~1 month)
2. [required] Native German language skills.
3. Experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within the construction space, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
4. A customer-first mentality—building long-term relationships and becoming a trusted customer advisor.
