What You Will Do
1. manage the full-cycle sales process from lead generation through to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for prospect clients
2. you will be responsible for the regional (DACH) sales performance for the CONNEXOR platform, identifying opportunities across new leads and existing clients to drive revenue and hit targets
3. build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients on Sell & Buy Side, understanding their needs and delivering customized reference data solutions dedicated to their needs. Supporting marketing events in region to sponsor SIX brand and network with clients.
4. demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of reference data products with focus on Structured Products, Bonds and ETPs/ETFs, effectively communicating their value propositions and technical details to potential clients
5. prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Keep the CRM system updated with detailed and accurate information, maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
What You Bring
6. Relevant knowledge of product sales experience in the financial services industry, with a strong focus on financial products (preferably structured products) and data services
7. Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
8. demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth, as well as a proven expertise in leading complex negotiations and closing high-value deals
9. deep understanding of financial markets and the needs of different market participants, with a solid understanding of investment products and related data and ancillary services
10. excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences. Other languages (French, Spanish, Italian) are a plus
