We seek an ambitious Product Marketing Manager to lead the Business Unit Electrical Safety Solutions (ESS) marketing strategy, driving business growth through product promotion.
Global Objectives
1. Develop and implement a marketing strategy in collaboration with product line managers, sales team, and business development manager to achieve business unit growth objectives.
2. Create promotional materials to support sales and business development activities for new and existing products.
3. Coordinate trade shows and fairs with the Sécheron Hasler Group Marketing Team and ensure preparation and coordination with Business Unit teams.
4. Support product line managers and sales team in developing product economics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute a marketing strategy focused on growth in close collaboration with business development manager, product line managers, and sales organization.
2. Define product market introduction/product launch plans with business development manager and product line managers and drive implementation to support worldwide sales network.
3. Create promotional materials including commercial brochures, PowerPoint presentations, videos, animations, e-learning modules, and website content.
4. Prepare competitor analysis to support product line managers and sales team in promoting new and existing products.
5. Establish e-learning modules to reinforce product knowledge among the worldwide sales team.
6. Maintain product documentation for intranet and corporate purposes.
7. Define annual trade show/fair needs with sales team and manage preparation within the business unit, aligning with Sécheron Hasler Group Marketing Team.
8. Manage marketing budget of the business unit.
9. Contribute to yearly strategy review meetings.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or power electronics.
2. Further education in industrial product marketing.
3. At least 10 years of international experience in sales and product marketing in industrial B2B environment.
4. Successful track record in product marketing, driving key stakeholders across the organization.
5. Proven working experience as a successful product marketing manager.
6. Familiarity with high voltage, railway traction systems, power transmission & distribution, renewable energy, and e-mobility sectors.
7. Understanding of DC and AC power systems and corresponding product needs.
8. Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
9. Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
10. Able to develop compelling communication strategies based on technical rationale.
11. Proven ability to think creatively, identify problems, and resolve them.
12. Experience working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
13. Fluency in English is mandatory; French and German are desirable.
