We are seeking a highly motivated Client Advisor to join their prestigious boutique in Zürich. This is an incredible opportunity to work with a globally recognized brand known for its exclusive products and exceptional customer service.
About the Role:
As a Client Advisor, you will be a key member of the sales team, ensuring that every customer receives an outstanding, personalized service experience. You will embody the brand's image and values, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and sales techniques to build strong relationships with customers, drive sales, and promote customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional and personalized customer service, consistently exceeding expectations by following the brand's Sales Ceremony.
* Sales Excellence: Build lasting relationships with customers, utilize advanced sales techniques, and achieve strong sales records.
* Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand's products, including construction, materials, and care, to provide expert advice.
* Brand Ambassador: Reflect the luxury brand image through impeccable personal grooming, dress code, and professional behavior.
* Store Performance: Actively strive to meet and exceed individual and boutique performance targets, utilizing key performance indicators.
* Operational Support: Assist with back-office activities, including data entry, stock management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness.
* Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer inquiries, returns, and complex cases with professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
* Team Collaboration: Participate in training, events, and support team activities, showcasing flexibility and a team-player attitude.
* Market Awareness: Stay informed about competitors and market trends, contributing to the boutique’s success.
Requirements:
* Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a Client Advisor or similar role within a luxury brand, preferably in high-end shoes and leather goods.
* Skills: Strong understanding of luxury sales techniques and store procedures, with a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
* Customer Service: Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and a strong focus on customer service and results.
* Personal Attributes: Confident, motivated, with a "can-do" attitude, excellent attention to detail, and a polished personal appearance.
* Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a team, demonstrating versatility and a willingness to take on varied tasks as needed.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and general computer skills.
* Fluent in German and English (mandatory)
The company offer a first fixed term contract until end of 2025 to be then converted in a permanent contract.
