Responsibilities
* Manage customer contacts for spare parts needs
* Provide quotations based on customer needs in collaboration with the Spare Parts Manager
* Maintain continuous communication with technical departments (engineering, production, logistics) to offer optimal solutions to clients
* Confirm and manage orders
* Apply appropriate pricing conditions, payment terms, and transportation terms
* Handle complaints
* Update and manage data within the system (SAP)
Profile
* Commercial or administrative education
* Excellent English skills. Knowledge of other languages (German, French, Spanish) is a plus
* Familiarity with SAP as a CRM
* Previous experience in sales administration within an industrial company
* Strong customer orientation
* Attention to detail, customer satisfaction focus, ability to make decisions and find solutions
* Good communication skills
