Reporting directly to the Warehouses Manager, this role will lead the continuous improvement of MSC Procurement & Logistics warehouses and will coordinate the digitalization and automatization of our warehouse processes.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Manage ongoing improvement projects.
2. Coordinate the digitalization and automatization of our warehouses’ processes.
3. Develop and manage dedicated KPIs to ensure the effectiveness of results.
4. Monitor the storage, order assembly, and dispatch of products/goods.
5. Work with related departments to ensure continuity in supply, quality, and service while identifying areas for improvement.
6. Keep stock control systems up to date, ensuring inventory accuracy for Supply department use.
7. Possess experience working within a medium/large warehouse facility.
8. Have a good understanding of stock management, storage, deliveries, and food standard compliance regulations (HACCP).
9. Demonstrate interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with diverse workforces.
10. Have knowledge of CrunchTime and Infoship.
11. Be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
12. Fluent in English; any additional language is an advantage.
13. Be available to travel.
14. Knowledge of customs principles is appreciated.
15. Knowledge of lean manufacturing applied to warehouse logic is appreciated.
16. Knowledge of standard compliance regulations (HACCP) is a plus.
