Global Product Manager Oedema

Your responsibilities:
1. Manage the SIGVARIS GROUP's Flat Knit product portfolio as part of the global product management / marketing Oedema team.
2. Identify customer and market needs, key benefits and value of our products in cooperation with local sales teams, and contribute to planning of sales forecast and setting of pricing in target markets.
3. Monitor the Oedema market, interact with customers in key markets, and collect market inputs.
4. Analyze customer needs, competitors, and current and future market trends.
5. Define the vision and roadmap of your products in collaboration with the global director product management / marketing and other stakeholders.
6. Work closely with the product development and production team to deliver Oedema products that align with our vision, meet market needs, and are delivered to a consistently high-quality standard.
7. Collaborate with the marketing manager Oedema to develop the right mix of marketing communication materials.
8. Develop a deep understanding of the Oedema indications and their treatment with flat knitted compression garments.
9. Support the creation of business cases and new product launches.
10. Engage in cross-departmental collaboration with product development, sales, finance, supply chain, and regulatory affairs.
Your qualifications:
* Academic degree in business administration, marketing, textile technology, health care, or life science.
* Experience in product management and project management, preferably in medical technology or the textile industry.
* Engaged, communicative, and honest personality with a solution-oriented and structured work approach.
* Ability to set realistic timelines and adhere to them.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
* Hands-on mentality with strong business acumen paired with textile affinity.
* Good knowledge in presentation techniques and enjoyment in speaking in front of an audience.
* Position based in St. Gallen (20% travel expected).
* Fluency in English at Level B2/C1; German would be an advantage.
