We are seeking an Operational Purchaser for one of our key clients in Switzerland on a temporary contract.
Key Responsibilities
* Process Purchase Orders: Accurately manage and process purchase orders, ensuring all details are complete and delivered on time.
* Source with Accuracy: Identify and acquire materials that meet our high standards.
* Update and manage purchasing data in SAP, including delivery dates, discounts, prices, and order confirmations.
* Cultivate Strong Relationships: Develop daily interactions with internal stakeholders and trusted suppliers, negotiating price and lead times as needed.
* Manage with Attention to Detail: Oversee all aspects of purchase orders, including invoice control, resolving blocked shipments, and conducting market research.
* Resolve and Improve: Review purchase order claims, address defects, and negotiate refunds to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements
* A Solid Foundation with Relevant Vocational Training or Technical Apprenticeship, Coupled with Several Years of Equivalent Work Experience.
* Exceptional Communication Skills in Both Written and Spoken English.
* Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
