Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support, Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources. Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure (ServiceNow) Configure PC's and Laptops based on the standards. Configure the user profiles (customization of user profile as per standard and user's requirement, basic on-boarding training) Mobile devices configuration management Research questions and resolve each interaction with customer satisfaction. Provide accurate reporting to management Contribute to automated PC' s updates and deployments (scripting, ) IT logistics (cabling, PC moves, stock/inventory management) First level system & network administration, Support the deployment and management of workplace technology, including meeting room technology and monitoring systems. Participate in the day to day system administration duties Technical skills required: Strong knowledge of: MS Windows 10/11, Office/MS365, installation and administration, Windows Server 2019-2022 Digital World Technology (Mobile devices - iPhones etc), MS365/Azure cloud solutions, Internet browser administration Client-side networking (VPN, Wifi, client network config, TCPIP/DNS) Enterprise Client deployment systems (MDT, Intune, ManageEngine Endpoint Central an asset) Familiarity with cloud services, Physical servers and virtualization technologies.
