Job Description
1. Security Strategy Development:
Design, implement, and continually enhance a comprehensive security strategy tailored to the organization’s dynamic needs. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and ensure security measures align with overall organizational goals.
2. Risk Assessment & Management:
Conduct detailed analyses to identify potential security vulnerabilities across existing systems, applications, and processes. Evaluate and prioritize security threats based on their potential business impact, proposing mitigation strategies that minimize risk.
3. Security Architecture Design:
Develop and implement robust security architectures for networks, applications, cloud environments, and other critical systems. Integrate advanced security controls, encryption protocols, authentication methods, and access management mechanisms to ensure end-to-end security.
Qualifications
Proven experience in IT security management, with a strong preference for those with a background in the banking or financial industry. Deep technical knowledge of operational security controls, including their design, implementation, and continuous monitoring. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity.
